1. What types of gifts do you offer?

We specialize in unique, hand-crafted, and laser-engraved

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse through our product categories, select the item you like, and follow the customization options. You will be prompted to enter your personalization details, such as names, dates, messages, or design preferences. Once you’re happy with your choices, proceed to checkout to complete your order. If you have any questions while placing an order, please send a message using the chat icon at the bottom right of the website. I usually receive those notifications instantly. If you don't hear from me within five minutes, please send me an email at contact@bgbdesign.com.

3. Can I request a custom design or special engraving?

Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a custom design or engraving request, please reach out via the contact form below or email before placing your order. I will work with you to ensure your design is perfect.

4. What materials are used for the engraving?

I use high-quality materials for my products, including baltic birch wood and premium acrylic. Our laser engraving process ensures precise and beautiful details, making each item truly one-of-a-kind. The material choice may depend on the product you select, but every item is crafted with care and attention to detail.

5. Can I see a preview of my custom design before it’s made?

Yes! I can provide a digital mockup of your design for approval. Please contact me prior to ordering with your design request, and I will email you a digital mockup. I want you to be completely satisfied with your choices before it’s made.

 6. What is your turnaround time for orders?

My typical turnaround time is 1-3 days for production. I will notify you once your item is ready for shipping, and a tracking number will be provided.

7. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) FREE shipping. 

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. The price will

be shown at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, I don't offer gift wrapping. I was not blessed with gift-wrapping skills!

However, most items are packaged neatly within a presentable gift box.

The larger 12" Round Name Signs come in a white 13x13x2 shipping box. All other items are in a color gift box, wrapped in a clear cellophane bag, and placed on crinkle-cut paper. ​

9. Can I return or exchange a customized item?

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and I’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

10. What if I made a mistake in my order or customization?

If you realize that there’s a mistake in your order, please contact me as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.

Yes! I offer special pricing for bulk orders or corporate gifts. If you’re looking to order a large number of items for an event, business, or sports team gifts, please send me a message for more details and pricing options.
