Shipping Policy
- Processing Time:
Each product is made to order. As a one-person operation, everything from creating to packaging your order is carefully handled by me. Please allow 1–3 business days to create your personalized gift. This does not include shipping time. For larger or custom orders, processing may take a bit longer, and I will notify you of any delays.
- Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (domestic orders).
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (domestic orders).
- Shipping Rates:
Standard USPS Ground Advantage Shipping is FREE :)
Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
- Shipping Delays:
I ensure that orders are shipped on time, but shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond my control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because our products are custom-made, there are a few important things to please keep in mind regarding returns and exchanges.
- Personalized Items:
Due to the custom nature of our laser-engraved products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all engraving details (name, date, message, etc.) are correct when placing your order.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I will gladly assist you in either replacing the product or issuing a full refund. I may request photos of the damage or defect for my records and to help improve quality control.
- Non-Personalized Items:
If you purchased a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A return label will need to be provided by you.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please send me an email at contact@bgbdesign.com. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos. I will guide you through the next steps and help make the process as easy as possible.
- Refunds:
Once I receive your returned item (if applicable), I will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
